PLAYER BONUS POOL
We are excited to offer a distinct profit-sharing opportunity for our players. A significant portion of distributed profits is allocated to the Player Bonus Pool and split among the roster at the end of the season. This pool is distributed based on the number of games played, aligning the team’s financial success directly with their performance on the ice.

OAKLAND HOCKEY PROJECT
The Skates were founded by the Oakland Hockey Project (OHP), a dedicated non-profit organization. While OHP operates on donations and does not seek traditional investment, The Skates ensure sustainable impact by pledging a consistent share of team profits back to the OHP mission.
