Oakland Skates Fan Behavior Guidelines

At Oakland Skates, we believe in fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our fans. To ensure that everyone can have the best possible experience, we ask all attendees to follow these simple rules of conduct:

• Respect the Game & Athletes: All fans are entitled to enjoy the event without being disrupted. Please be mindful of your actions and show respect for both the game and the players.

• No Interference with Play: Fans must not disrupt the game or interfere with the athletes in any way, directly or indirectly.

• Language & Conduct: Abusive or offensive language, including hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, profanity, and inappropriate gestures, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

• No Aggressive Behavior: Fighting, throwing objects, or any behavior that creates an unsafe or unpleasant environment for other guests is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the arena immediately.

• See Something, Say Something: If you witness any inappropriate behavior or have safety concerns, please report it to arena staff right away. We’re here to help maintain a safe and fun environment for all.

• Responsible Alcohol Consumption: Fans who choose to consume alcohol are expected to do so responsibly, and in accordance with all legal regulations. Arena staff will intervene if anyone appears intoxicated or impaired.

• Follow Staff Instructions: For your safety and the smooth operation of the event, fans must comply with any reasonable requests made by arena staff, particularly in emergency situations.

• No Unauthorized Commercial Activity: Selling or distributing goods or services without permission is not allowed on arena property.

• Consequences of Violations: Any breach of this code may result in immediate ejection from the arena without a refund, so please follow the guidelines to help us keep things enjoyable for everyone.

Important Reminders

• No Outside Alcohol: Please note that outside alcohol is prohibited within the Oakland Ice Arena. If alcohol is brought into the arena, the game will be paused and the individual will be asked to leave. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
