TRAVEL & LOGISTICS

The team covers all primary travel expenses for away games, including airfare, bus transport, and lodging. While the schedule prioritizes travel within California and Nevada, players should expect potential road trips to Colorado, Texas, or Montana. Note: Personal stipends (per diems) and travel to home games are not currently covered, though we aim to expand benefits as the organization grows.

EQUIPMENT

Players are responsible for their own protective gear. To maintain a uniform team appearance, black helmets and black gloves are mandatory. We are actively seeking sponsorship partners to help subsidize or cover equipment costs in future seasons.

The Skates provide every player a set of home and away jerseys/socks at no cost to the player.

COMPENSATION

A significant portion of distributed profits is allocated to the Player Bonus Pool and split among the roster at the end of the season. This pool is distributed based on the number of games played, aligning the team’s financial success directly with your performance on the ice.
